Who will provide title insurance to me as an Owner?
You may choose any Title Company that you want to use. Or, at the Seller's cost, Land America/Commonwealth Title Insurance Company will provide an Owner's Title Insurance Policy to Vista Condominium Buyers that the Seller has good and clear title to the property that you are purchasing.
What about Developer's Warranty?
The developer provides a one year warranty on workmanship and materials. The new appliances and the HVAC system carry the standard "the standard warranty from the manufacturer.
